December 14, 2009 - J.A.O. Builders Holds a Motorcade to celebrate the accreditation of new brokers and agents

Decked in matching orange shirts, the J.A.O. staff and its newly recruited brokers and agents held a festive motorcade on the streets of Quezon City last Monday, December 14, 2009. Led by J.A.O. billboard model (and Manny Pacquiao look-a-like) Armand Tapispisan and brand new Sales Director Marife Garchitorena, the parade consisted of several vehicles adorned with banners showcasing J.A.O. Covering places ranging from Monumento to Commonwealth, the motorcade made quite an impact on the streets.

After the motorcade, the actual Accreditation of the new brokers and agents took place in the J.A.O. Office. Starting with a prayer and some opening remarks from Eng. Roland Labuguen, the event proceeded with a jingle-making-contest where the attendees were divided into teams, and each coming up with a jingle or cheer for J.A.O. The integral part of the accreditation was the Sales Orientation speech by Mr. Elmer Quetulio, which educated the agents on the important basics of the company. To further boost their morale and confidence, each broker / agent was given a sales kit to help equip them with marketing and selling the services of the company.

Also present throughout the entire event was the J.A.O. Technical Department, who lent their full support to the Marketing Department and their new recruits.
