October 26, 2009 - J.A.O. and Fil-Estate launch brand new Model Houses

The top people from J.A.O. Builders and Fil-Estate gathered at J.A.O.’s brand new office to celebrate their partnership and the launch of brand new Model Houses in line with their collaboration. The event was a resounding success, and the people responded well to the unveiling of fourteen new house designs designed by J.A.O. exclusively for Fil-Estate to market and sell.

Hosted by Lani Santiago, the senior VP of the FERSA, the event featured speeches by J.A.O. President, Eng. Ferdinand Manalastas, as well as the top names in Fil-Estate such as Joseph Santiago, Nestor Yap, Noel Carino and Atty. Ferdinand Santos. The actual unveiling of the new designs was headed by Erlinda Tiozon, J.A.O.‘s VP for Sales and Marketing.

After the formalities, the event concluded with a prize raffle segment and a picture taking session. Catering was provided by Albergus, a top catering company.
