We had a unique experience prior to building the house. We were presented by JAO with several options on how to have our new home. I think that as a consumer its important to have many choices. JAO helped us further by taking care of the processing of the bank loan. At the very least you expect your contractor to take care of the actual designing and building of the house and to do a good job of it but we felt that all those other things were a good bonus to what we originally expected of what builders must do. We got quality of work and professionalism from JAO but all the other things we did not expect make me want to recommend them to others.
